Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Mega SSL Store offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all SSL certificate purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The SSL certificate must NOT have been issued or configured by the Certificate Authority (Sectigo).
Important
Once a certificate has been issued by the Certificate Authority, we are unable to offer a refund. The issuance of a certificate constitutes full performance of the digital service as described in our Terms & Conditions.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Your full name and email address associated with your account
- Your order number
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
4. Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Stripe (credit/debit card): Refund issued directly to the card used for payment.
- PayPal: Refund issued to the PayPal account used for payment.
- Bank transfer: Refund issued to the originating bank account.
5. Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 14 business days of receipt. Once processed, the time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider (typically 5–10 additional business days).
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- The SSL certificate has already been issued by the Certificate Authority.
- The refund request is submitted after the 30-day period has expired.
- The account or purchase is associated with fraudulent activity or abuse.
- The customer has previously received a refund for the same product or has a pattern of repeated refund requests.
